In May, a small team of Marble Falls EMS and Austin-Travis Co. EMS (A/TCEMS) EMT's and Paramedics will participate in the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride, cycling 600 miles from New York City to Roanoke, Virginia in honor of the EMT’s and Paramedics who made the ultimate sacrifice during 2006. The team will carry with them the memory of Eric Hanson, a paramedic for Marble Falls EMS, and will ride in his honor.
