My son Cyrus and his girlfriend Kimberly are here on the ride with me. Cy had to bring his work with him. Typically, he works in whatever hotel we are in until late checkout, then they drive to the next one to continue working. Late check-outs being one o’clock and check-ins being three, they have about two hours to fill. Cy plugs his laptop into the car and works as they drive to the new location. They took a long-cut through the forest from Westminster to Woodstock and WERE IN THE CAR when they came around the corner and caught the three baby bears scrambling down a tree as mama looked on.
